The National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) released its list of America’s Best Bike Shops for 2020, and we are excited to announce that we made the list for the second year in a row! Fewer than 150 shops throughout the United States qualified for this honor and only two are located in New Jersey.  It’s a true honor to be recognized again this year with the America’s Best Bike Shop award. This achievement would not be possible without our dedicated and passionate staff who have gone the extra mile this year. We love what we do and take pride in serving our customers well by providing them the best experience every time they enter our shop.

The NBDA’s America’s Best Bike Shops program identifies and rewards bicycle shops in the United States against the highest performance standards in the industry. This is done by an application and a secret shopper experience. We were scored on shop layout and design, staff and management, training, marketing, and community involvement. The best part is that we received our scoring and this allows us to continue to improve for the future. Only the highest performing shops receive the America’s Best Bike Shop distinction.

As the holidays approach, we encourage anyone in the market for cycling equipment and bicycles to shop local. These are shops you can trust with your repairs and to support your local charity rides.
